From meet and greet to a full relocation package we are on hand as little or as much as you need. 

Please take your time to browse through the varied services we offer to find the ones that suit you.  We are fully flexible so if you would like to adapt any of the options or you require any additional services that we have not listed please ask and we will endeavour to accomodate.

Suburb Finder:-

We will discuss with you, in depth your requirements.  We will then personally research suburbs we feel meet your needs and send you detailed information including photographs. If you need us we will be on hand every step of the way - we will even give you a guided tour of your chosen area. 

Suburb Report:-

We will provide you with a full report of your chosen suburb.  This will include a list of banking institutions, doctors, dentists, real estate agents, child care services, schools, colleges, shopping facilities and more.  Also we will provide you with a map of the area and information on local attractions and points of interest.

Meet and Greet:-

This is available from either Brisbane or Sunshine Coast airports.  The moment you leave the UK we will track you as you fly down under.  We will be there to welcome you home and chauffeur you to your hire car or accomodation.

Welcome Hamper:-

This hamper is complimentary with all accomodation options. It contains all the essentials you will need to get you settled in to your new home.  It includes a payg mobile phone, local street directory and a special welcome gift from Sunshine Coast Relocations.

Accomodation:-

We will look through our portfolio of properties and visit the real estate agents that operate in your chosen suburb.  We are able to help with all types of accomodation - holiday lets, apartments, short term and long term rentals.  We only use the best quality accomodation - if it's not good enough for us it's not good enough for you.  We will send you a selection of properties to look at, if you wish we will view the properties for you and speak with the real estate agents on your behalf.  If required we will accompany you to sign all of your paper work and collect your keys.

Jobs:-

We will source relevant employment agencies and local companies that match your skills and requirements.

Help With The Boring Stuff:-

When you first arrive there is so much to do, it can all be quite daunting.  We will personally take you to change your driving licence, register with medicare, set up a bank account and apply for your tax file number.  If you are in a long term rental we will help to arrange your land line telephone and electricity and to register with a local doctor.
